⚡ What are METs?
MET stands for Metabolic Equivalent of Task. It estimates how much energy an activity uses compared to sitting still.
Sitting is 1 MET. An activity with 5 METs burns 5 times as many calories as sitting.

- Light (Waitressing, Golf): 2.0 – 3.0 METs
- Moderate (Brisk Walk, Dancing): 3.0 – 6.0 METs
